Whenever your adventures begin to show on your gear, just throw your BirdieBlue into the washing machine. We recommend mild, environmentally conscious laundry detergent. Birdie is also safe to toss in the dryer on a low heat setting.

If you would like to return your BirdieBlue product, BirdieBlue will refund the amount to the original method of payment, or provide store credit within 30 days of placing your order.
- For the safety of our staff, all returned products must be in unused condition with the tags still on.
- BirdieBlue does not cover the cost of return or exchange shipping.
- BirdieBlue only accepts returns with receipts or proof of purchase from BirdieBlue.
- BirdieBlue cannot process returns nor exchanges for items purchased from our retailers. Please refer to the retailer's return policy to return your merchandise.
- We proudly stand behind the quality of every BirdieBlue bag, no matter where you bought it. If your bag has a rip, tear, or needs a little TLC, we offer lifetime repairs on all BirdieBlue bags, including those purchased from retail partners.To request a repair, just shoot us an email at hello@shopbirdieblue.com with a photo of your bag and a description of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps to get it back in action and out on your next adventure.

I love this bag so much! It holds a ton and looks cute at the same time. It is sturdy and has a very well thought out design with a few pockets on the inside to keep small items from swimming around. I don’t travel without it!
I love this bag and have brought it everywhere with me since I bought it at a craft show near my home town last November. It’s the perfect size for all my toiletries and is such a cool, unique design. I also bought one for my mother in law and she uses it often too! They are more beautiful in person!

Love, love, love. I can fit all my toiletries and the inside pockets are great for my jewelry, etc. It’s nice and sturdy and I can really fit a lot of other stuff in there, too. I use it at home, at the mountain and while traveling. The names of the bags are so fun and warm my little millennial heart ! Plus the best part is that it’s made in Vermont from sustainable material. The worst part is that my husband keeps trying to steal mine! Buy one you’ll love it! 10/10!
