Returns

If you would like to return your BirdieBlue product, BirdieBlue will refund the amount to the original method of payment, or provide store credit within 30 days of placing your order.

For the safety of our staff, all returned products must be in unused condition with the tags still on. 

BirdieBlue currently does not cover the cost of return or exchange shipping. 

BirdieBlue only accepts returns with receipts or proof of purchase from BirdieBlue.

BirdieBlue cannot process returns nor exchanges for items purchased from our retailers. Please refer to the retailer's return policy to return your merchandise.

How to Return a Product

1. To initiate a return and receive your return label, please email us at hello@shopbirdieblue.com.

2. Once our Fulfillment Team processes your return, we will refund the amount to the original form of payment. Expect refunds to show on your statement in 4-8 business days.

Shipping & Order Information

Do you offer free shipping on all orders?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders through USPS or UPS for orders over $100.

When will my order ship out?

Once your order is placed, our team works hard to fulfill and ship your items as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your next BirdieBlue adventure as soon as possible! Orders are processed within 2-3 business days  (M-F, excluding Holidays) from the order date. We do not ship on Federal Holidays, so please expect additional processing time around these dates. Orders placed after 10am EST will be processed in the next 2-3 business days.

When will I receive my order?

Transit times start from the date the order is shipped.

How do I track my order?

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking on your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us so we can help you track your order.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in perfect condition! For purchases made on www.shopbirdieblue.com, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures and we will be more than happy to assist you.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, our team works hard to fulfill and ship your items as quickly as possible.

We are unable to change your order once it has been placed and is in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped.  You can contact our Customer Service team at hello@shopbirdieblue.com to cancel your order and submit a new order, but please note that it is possible that your order was already fulfilled and shipped.

My order says delivered but I don’t have my BirdieBlue. What do I do?

Unfortunately, once the package leaves our building, it’s in the hands of a shipping carrier and largely out of our control. BUT, we would never leave you hanging. First, we suggest contacting your local post office to see if they have any insight. If that doesn’t work, we find that submitting a lost package claim through the carrier’s website. If you can’t track down the package within 5 days, contact us at hello@shopbirdieblue.com for next steps.

Shipping Disclaimer 

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of shipping carriers working independently from BirdieBlue. However, we are here to help provide direction and support to help resolve your shipping concerns or mishaps. Just drop us a line at hello@shopbirdieblue.com.

I received the wrong bag! What should I do?

Our bad! Please email customer service at hello@shopbirdieblue.com and we will send the correct item to you ASAP.

Can I have my order gift wrapped and sent with a gift receipt?

Yes. Simply check the box below the "Order Special Instructions" text box in the bottom left corner of the check-out page. Indicated below. 

If you'd like to include a gift note, simply write your message in the text box. It will be printed on the gift receipt. YAY!

Product Information

What are the products made of?

All of our products are made of sustainably sourced, recycled, and upcycled materials. We've included specifics on each product page, but here's a quick overview: 

• Our pouches, hip bags, and sling bags are made from recycled and upcycled ski and outdoor wear.  

• The zippers, clips, webbing, straps, labels, and hang tags are all made from recycled materials.  

Where are the products made? Who makes the products?

All of our products are handmade in the USA. Recycled ski and outdoor wear is first deconstructed by hand by our crew in Vermont. The fabrics from these upcycled jackets and pants are then hand cut and hand sewn by our crew of expert seamstresses. Each small batch of bags is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.

How do I care for my BirdieBlue Bag?

Whenever your adventures begin to show on your gear, just throw your BirdieBlue into the washing machine. We recommend mild, environmentally conscious laundry detergent. Birdie is also safe to toss in the dryer on a low heat setting.
